My style of Life Coaching is completely non-instructional and non-directional, my belief is that we are all whole and capable of being the best we dream to be and living the best life we choose. All that stops us is our limiting beliefs! So I work from the belief that you have all the answers and are the expert in your own life. I am here to empower you to recognise your limiting beliefs and change them for positive healthy ones, to build your self-esteem and self-worth and to prioritise and meet your own achievable actions and goals. At our initial session we will explore all the external and internal aspects of your life. We will together unlock and release your full potential to bring about major quick and amazing improvements and a complete transformation of your life.
We will be working only in the present or immediate future to gain clarity in where you are and where you want to be. We will only reflect on past experiences to learn from them and in order to move forward positively. This is where PSYCH-K comes in. Using PSYCH-K techniques we will be releasing the stress, anxieties and limiting beliefs. All the blocked negative emotions of fear, apathy, anger, grief, guilt or shame. Blocked negative emotions and limiting beliefs that came from experiences going as far back to when we were small children and still trigger and lead our behaviours and attitudes, mostly without our knowledge as they are in our subconscious.

The Subconscious Mind and the Limiting Beliefs It Holds
Our lives are a reflection of our beliefs. Our beliefs are our truths, our perception, the way we see the world, our reality! The power behind our thoughts and beliefs is the subconscious mind, the majority of our ‘reality’ is created by these thoughts and beliefs. What a lot of people are not aware of is the subconscious mind automatically directs 95% (or even more) of our behaviours.
The subconscious mind likes habit, which is great when it comes to not having to constantly learn things again and again. From the day we are born the subconscious mind starts storing learnt behaviours, for example, we learn to walk, once we’ve learnt to walk we don’t have to relearn it the next day because the subconscious mind has stored it and will automatically direct it from there, we never have to think about learning to walk again, so this is extremely helpful to us.
But what about when the subconscious mind is automatically directing our behaviour because from we were very young we were told we were stupid and this belief automatically directed our behaviour and limited what we have attempted or attempt to do in our lives because we continued to believe we were stupid. How restricting this would be. So even when we experience something we were very capable of doing, through our limiting beliefs we self –sabotage our attempts.
So to transform our lives or aspects of our lives and achieve lasting changes, we must recognise what negative or limiting beliefs are stored in our subconscious mind and change them.
Through PSYCH-K we can find out what our subconscious mind believes by using muscle testing with a series of different, what are known as, Balances.
